  “My condensing unit went out in 95 degree weather. I called Ronnie Mackey around 8:00am. I didn't know what his schedule would be, so I asked him to call me at work, and I could be home in 20 minutes. He agreed. I added he could start when he gets there, that I will be there .... etc.\n\nIt turns out, he could tell from the description what was wrong, and he didn't need to get inside. When he called me, it was to tell me it was fixed. I asked him how I can pay, since I wasn't there, he nonchalantly said I'll leave a bill on your door. The bill was about half what I would have expected. He's a straight up guy. \n\nYou just don't see that kind of service any more. It was repaired within 2 hours of me calling. ”
