Tampa Bay Air Conditioning, Inc. is a family owned business serving the Lutz/Land O’Lakes area for over 40+ years. In 1985, Tampa Bay AC Inc signed up with Trane as a dealer. We were impressed by the quality of the system. In 1994, We were asked to become a Trane Comfort Specialist. Tampa Bay Air Conditioning is also a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB.COM) In 1993, Ronnie Smith joined the team full time and has his Florida State Mechanical C license Renee Kent Shows is Tom’s daughter, and started full time in 1998 out in the field, Sales, and now in the office. In 2008, Ronnie, Renee, and Tom Kent became Partners in this business. Having a family owned business is very special to us, and we have 40+ yrs of repeat customers.
