Tim started his HVAC career as a young adult in 2003 working for Lanier Air out of Cumming, GA. In 2009, after marrying and starting a family, Tim decided to leave Lanier to start Elite Heating & Air. This decision was made so that he could provide more for his growing family and establish a homebased business in Dawsonville, Tim’s hometown. Lanier Air’s founder & owner remained a mentor and was a great supporter of Tim going out on his own. In 2014, Lanier Air’s owner decided to retired and sold Tim Lanier which was merged with Elite.
