Global expert teams develop and manufacture advanced technology in order to actively shape the future of sustainable mobility. The Thermal Commercial Vehicles product group was sold from Valeo to H.I.G. Capital in 2024 and has been operating independently under the name Spheros since July 2024. Valeo Thermal Commercial Vehicles North America has been renamed in Spheros North America.
