Mr. Garcia, the company’s founder and owner, has been involved in the heating and cooling industry for over 34 years. His early experience was in Wichita, KS, where he sold a variety of HVAC related products into the new residential construction market. Heat pumps, sheet metal fabrication, flexible ductwork and floor furnaces were all part of his product line. After moving to Texas, Mr. Garcia worked for several different heating and cooling contractors, where he gained valuable experience in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, labor management, and running the day-to-day operations of an HVAC contractor.
