Keith Bareford founded First Choice Heating Air Conditioning Company in 1998. During the first five years Keith’s focus was on growing the business through the residential new construction market pulling from his team’s years of experience in duct design, fabrication and installation. A turning point came about in 2008, when the collapse of the home builder market caused First Choice to make a greater turn toward residential service and replacement. Continuing on the service foundation built from day one, First Choice is growing and serving the greater Fredericksburg market with affordable and energy-efficient home solutions with some of the best warranties in the business.
