  “We had him install 3 units for 3 different family members homes. He was very quick to respond and install since the units were each $3k and up. Once we had questions or issues Harrison (Hai) would not respond and was very rude on the phone. The central air system stopped working and we called and he said he would come the next day becaus ehe was busy and then stopped answering our calls and when I called from another number, he answered and rudely kept saying no, no, no, no. PLEASE DO NOT use him or his company.”
