  “I contacted Bob from A-1 Service, LLC/Residential Handyman for assistance with a toilet problem. My toilet had continuous leakage water into the bowl and it would turn on and off even when not in use. Bob showed up at my home with a toilet flapper. I informed Bob that a toilet rebuild kit had been installed in the tank which included a new flapper. Bob proceeded to inspect the toilet tank and informed me that the toilet flush valve was cut to short. I disagreed as the flush valve was the same length of the previous flush valve. Bob raised the water level in the toilet and the water stopped leaking into the toilet bowl. He then requested payment for the 10 minutes of time he spent on the toilet repair. As soon as Bob left my home the toilet bowl started leaking again. I messaged Bob and asked him to return to my home as the toilet problem persisted. Bob never returned and did not acknowledge receiving my message. I messaged Bob the following week about his unprofessionalism. I requested that he repair the toilet or refund the cash payment that he received. Bob did not repair the toilet nor refund the cash payment that he received.”
