  “Recently had to have control panel put in to fix my furnace, i could not be at the house for the technition so i had a friend come and stay to let them in and fix it. He had to leave my home by 5pm to get to his night shift job. The tech said between 1-3pm. No problem right? They show up at 5pm calling 5 minutes befor hand saying he would be late, they take their time fixing the unit, and end up charging a service fee and an installation fee, we asked if they would compensate for the lost/late time they basically told me to go to hell, i will never use this company again”
