Harrison Mechanical Service
DO NOT USE!!!!!
“We had him install 3 units for 3 different family members homes. He was very quick to respond and install since the units were each $3k and up. Once we had questions or issues Harrison (Hai) would not respond and was very rude on the phone. The central air system stopped working and we called and he said he would come the next day becaus ehe was busy and then stopped answering our calls and when I called from another number, he answered and rudely kept saying no, no, no, no. PLEASE DO NOT use him or his company.” -

Stay Away!!!
“For costumer service, this is one of the worst Heating and Air Conditioning contractors I have ever encountered. They installed a heater for us and the installation went well. However, there were several minor issues with the heater that needed attention and getting Richardson Heating to fix these problems proved to be impossible. \n\nOver a period of four months, many calls were made to the office number and to the owner's cell phone. Office calls were fielded by a woman who said she had passed the information to Mr. Richardson. Additionally, voice messages were left on Mr. Richardsons cell phone. When we were finally able to talk directly to Mr. Richardson, he tried to blame everything on the women who answered the phone, claiming he had never been given the messages. He also said he never got his cell phone messages. Then, speaking to Mr. Richardson directly, arrangements were made for him to come the following Saturday to look at the problems. But Mr. Richardson never showed up, never called, and never contacted us as we waited all Saturday afternoon. The following week when we called his cell phone, he had some lame excuse for not coming. The problems were never resolved by Richardson Heating and we eventually gave-up and hired another contractor.\n\nStay away from Richardson Heating and Air Conditioning unless you enjoy being ignored and treated badly. Their costumer service is non-existent and you will end-up having to hire someone else to fix any mistakes they make. \n” -
